I’m Soni Sharma, a Product Owner and Delivery Lead passionate about AI-driven products. This blog documents my week-by-week learning journey into AI Product Management, with real-world case studies, frameworks, and examples.

Do you ever feel like your goals, habits, tasks and grocery lists live in different galaxies? You wake up, check a fitness app for steps, open a notes app for your morning meditation reminder, flip to a to‑do app for work tasks and then hunt for the shopping list you scribbled somewhere. It’s exhausting – and that’s before you’ve had your coffee. Stride was built to solve exactly this problem. It unifies long‑term aspirations, daily routines and everyday errands into one beautifully designed experience, so you can focus on living rather than managing apps.

Fun fact: Research shows that people who set clear, measurable goals not only perform better but also experience greater satisfaction and well‑being. By making goal setting intuitive and visual, Stride taps into the natural motivation loop that keeps you moving forward.

Morning: Your Dashboard Awaits

Picture this: you wake up, open Stride and see a dashboard that feels like a warm welcome. Colorful rings show how far you’ve progressed on each weekly goal, a streak counter proudly displays your winning streak and a list of daily habits awaits your check mark. There’s even a friendly reminder of tasks due today, so you know exactly what needs your attention

While you sip your coffee, Stride quietly syncs yesterday’s steps from your device’s health service and carries forward any unfinished goals. Did you start a fasting session last night? A banner appears with an elegant fasting timer to help you stay on course.

Mid‑Day: Pursuing Your Goals

After breakfast, it’s time to chip away at your goals. Stride’s Goal Library offers more than forty templates across ten categories – from Mindfulness and Health to Finance and Home. Maybe you’re aiming to meditate three times this week, run 15 kilometres and read 100 pages. Each goal is represented by a ring on your dashboard and broken down into manageable daily targets. Quick‑add buttons let you log progress instantly (tap +1 session, +500 steps or +5 pages) while custom entries accommodate anything else. And when a daily habit is tied to a weekly goal, checking it off automatically updates your weekly progress.

Afternoon: Checking Off Tasks

Later in the day, you jump into work mode. Stride’s To‑Do manager keeps everything organised with Upcoming, Overdue and Done tabs. Add tasks via the + button, set due dates, priorities and reminders, or simply speak them – Stride’s voice input turns “Email project proposal by Friday” into a properly dated task. Recurring jobs like “Water plants every Saturday” are easy to set up and you’ll get reminders without lifting a finger. Tasks due today appear on your dashboard so you never lose track.

Evening: Groceries & Wind‑Down

On your way home, Stride becomes your shopping assistant. Pop open the To‑Buy tab and you’ll see your grocery items categorised into Grocery, Online or General lists. Tap the microphone and say “Buy three apples and two bottles of water” – Stride parses the items, adds quantities and even assigns them to the correct category. As you walk through the store, check off items and watch the list shrink. When you’re finished, clear completed items with a single tap and let that dopamine hit sink in.

After dinner, Stride reminds you to review your habits. You tick off “Meditate,” log your last pages of reading, and smile as your streak counter lights up. A gentle notification nudges you to plan your week on Sunday night, so you’ll start Monday with clarity and purpose.

Personalisation That Fits You

Stride isn’t one‑size‑fits‑all. During onboarding, you personalise your profile with your name, email, age, gender, height, weight, fitness level and any health notes. The app validates your entries and creates a colourful avatar using your initials. With a tap, you can switch between light and dark themes to match your mood or the time of day. It’s your app, your way.

Why Users Love Stride

  • It simplifies life – one app handles goals, habits, tasks and shopping.

  • It’s motivating – visual rings, streaks and progress bars make every step rewarding.

  • It’s flexible – customise units, targets and reminders to fit your lifestyle.

  • It listens – voice input saves time when your hands are full.

  • It grows with you – upcoming features like expense tracking and analytics promise even deeper insights into your habits and finances.

Explore the Built‑In User Guide

Stride comes with a User Guide that lives inside the app. Think of it as your personal mentor – each section breaks down a feature with an icon, a friendly description, clear step‑by‑step instructions and expert tips. The guide covers everything from weekly goals and daily habits to task management, shopping, voice commands and notifications. It even labels upcoming modules such as the expense tracker and reporting with a “Coming Soon” badge, so you know what’s on the horizon.

Use the User Guide when you’re unsure how to set up a goal, need inspiration for new habits or want to learn how to enable recurring tasks. For example, the Weekly Goals entry walks you through selecting a category, choosing units and targets, logging progress and enabling daily tracking. The Voice Input entry reminds you to speak naturally (“Buy milk and eggs”) and edit the parsed result before saving. Each section includes practical tips like starting with just two or three goals, tapping a ring on the dashboard to jump directly to a goal and setting reminders at times that fit your routine.

Send Feedback & Help Us Improve

As with any app, feedback is the fuel that drives improvement. Stride makes it easy to share your thoughts through a dedicated Send Us Feedback screen. You can pick a category – Bug Report, Feature Request, UI/UX, Performance or General – and then describe the issue or idea in your own words. Your name and email are pre‑filled from your profile (but they’re optional), and the app prevents accidental rapid submissions by enforcing a short pause between messages. Behind the scenes, Stride securely stores feedback in a database and forwards a copy via email to the development team so nothing gets lost. Once submitted, a thank‑you message confirms your feedback has been received.

Use this channel to report any quirks you encounter, suggest new features or simply tell us what you love. Every message helps shape the future of Stride.
